Geisha Washed from farm Los Pompos in Huila with Double Fermentation
Double Fermentation: After harvest, it is left to ferment in a closed barrel for 48 hours, then it is pulped and fermented again in an open tank for 36 hours. Finally it is washed.

About the Farm
Los Pompos farm is planted with Geisha, Bourbone Rosado and Castillo varieties with shady walnut trees. It is located on the central mountain range of the country where the main rivers of the region are born. Diego, who at only 20 years old is a promising young man in the local coffee industry, is the third generation of a coffee family that is now in charge of the farm. He is currently also specializing in cupping.
