Geisha Washed from farm El Jardin in Tolima with Double Anaerobic Fermentation
Double Anaerobic Fermentation: First, an anaerobic fermentation of the cherry is carried out in a closed can for 36 hours. Then it is pulped and a second anaerobic fermentation is carried out in a closed can for 24 hours. Finally it is washed.

About the Farm
The farm is located in the south of Tolima, in one of the towns with the highest coffee production in the country on the western Andes Mountain range. With an area of 7 hectares, in addition to Geisha coffee, the farm also has varieties of Pink Bourbone, Pacamara, Tabi, Caturra and Yellow Bourbon. A small river called Berlin feeds the farm with pure water. Jorge works on the farm together with his sister and brother. They are the fourth generation of a family dedicated to coffee that are recognized in the region for the quality of its coffees.
