About the Farm
The Córcega farm is the center of Sebastian's coffee
project, a coffee enthusiast who is the 4th generation of a coffee
family. With more than 14 years of experience in the coffee sector,
together with his family, he consolidated a project focused on
specialty coffees in 5 coffee farms in Quindío, seeking
innovation through experimentation in post-harvest processes, such
as carbonic fermentation. They grow different varieties such as
Geisha, Wush Wush, Sidra , Borbone Rosado and SL28 among
others.
