Geisha Washed from farm La Bohemia in Nariño with Anaerobic Fermentation
Anaerobic Fermentation:The coffee is only collected by women, where it’s harvested only when it is grape-colored. After harvesting, it is pulped and fermented anaerobically in closed jars for 48 hours. Finally, it is washed.

About the Farm
The Bohemia farm has an area of 3 hectares, where they plant
Geisha and Pink Borbone coffee varieties along with bananas, corn,
and sugar cane. The coffee plantations receive shade from cedar and
oak trees. The location is privileged since the Nariño
region is characterized by having volcanic soils and crystal-clear
water sources. The climate is cold, and due to the elevation of the
farm and its proximity to the Equator line, there is a great
thermal contrast that allows for an incredible micro-climate.
Carlos and Raquel are the second generation of a family dedicated
to growing coffee.
